Salient Features

  • Basic design of compactor is suitable for Encapsulated for Online process or same can be operate stand alone.
  • Main structure is made of SS 304.
  • All the contact parts are manufactured from SS – 316 & all non-contact parts are manufactured from SS-304
  • Twine screw design for better compaction.
  • Feed screws having speed regulator to ensure desired feed rate for compaction process.
  • Screw assemblies are equipped with tri-clover joint for ease of opening and cleaning.
  • Horizontal screw is driven through variable frequency drive for applying required proper material flow in to vertical feed screw zone through required RPM.
  • Vertical screw is driven through frequency drive for applying required compaction force through controlling of RPM.
  • Optionally we can provide Vacuum De aeration pot is provided at vertical feed screw zone , which help to reduce the air gap before compaction. Means the compaction is better at lower force Rollers and main shaft are made of SS 410 with well toughen.
  • One roller is floated through hydraulic pressure to ensure the required compaction throughout the process via Constant pressure.
  • Optionally we can also provide the roll gap measurement sensor.
  • Full rotational type Granulator is provided at the discharge of compactor on Davit Arm can be provided optionally.
  • Granulator is equipped with Variable frequency drive to ensure the required RPM for required quality of granules.
  • Easy opening for changing the required mesh for different compaction.
  • To control the heat at compaction zone optionally we can provide the Water Jacketed rollers optionally.

Dry Granulator

  • Granulator is suitable for Standalone as well as Inline operation through pneumatic conveying system and/or through vertical flow design.
  • Granulator having conical impeller manufactured from SS – 316.
  • Detachable sieve design to accommodate user requirements.
  • Entire Granulator structure manufactured from Stainless Steel – AISI304.
  • All contact parts are manufactured from Stainless Steel - AISI-316.
  • Granulator is drive via TEFC Non flame proof motor and reduction gear box.
  • Granulator speed control via variable frequency AC Drive, Granulator speed can be control from 50 to 300 RPM as per process requirements.
  • Equipment in davit arm design [from LHS View] for ease of movement and connectivity of online and stand alone application as well on Davit Arm.
  • Very low noise level.
  • All the cleaning parts can be easily open able without the use of spanner.
  • Easy to clean, requires no spanner to open milling zone.
  • One no. Sieve as a standard scope [Mesh size to be given by End User]
  • Output will be approximately 80 to 300 Kgs./ Hour depending upon the mesh size and material density

Pneumatic Conveying System

The system will be kept over hopper of compactor machine. System with 01 nos. conveying hopper, with control panel and vacuum source.
As mention the material will suck from the bottom of IPC and load the filling machine hopper through conveying system. After compaction same system can also suck the material from IPC and again load the hopper.

Vacuum Rated Blender

  • Main structure is manufactured from heavy duty SS 304 square tube.
  • Blending bin and Gear box output is coupled with heavy duty Pin Bush Coupling.
  • Variable frequency drive is provided for step less drive.
  • Self positioning sensor is provided for particular discharge position
  • Manually operated butter fly valve at discharge of blender.
  • Discharge with specially designed adaptor assembly with T C connection, in case of damage of butter fly this will safe guard the material

Pneumatic Conveying Systems

Our Conveying System will connect with Vacuum Rated Sifter & RMG and suck the material from Bag/Drum or container and charge the material directly in to RMG via Inline Sifting. On the other hand the convey receiver will kept in process area near to RMG and vacuum source will kept in service area. Operating panel will be near to conveying system.
If the RMG is made of SSPM then it is in Vacuum Rated design, but if you are going to use your existing RMG then you need to confirm the design of RMG that can sustain the 300 to 400 mm/hg Vacuum.

De Duster And Deburing
